Results of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, Quarter II, 2025
The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, has again announced the results of the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) regarding services provided for the second quarter of 2025. During this period, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, achieved an SKM score of 89.79, indicating a positive increase compared to the previous quarter.
The progress chart shows the variation in SKM scores from 2024 to 2025, with consistent improvements across several service elements. FMIPA UNUD's services stand out in terms of service costs/tariffs, product suitability, and complaint handling, which received the highest scores. All service elements continue to improve to meet public expectations.
