Info ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXTENSION OF KIP KULIAH SCHOLARSHIP EVALUATION FOR ONGOING AND OLD STUDENTS

Udayana University informs us that the deadline for completing the KIP Kuliah Scholarship evaluation for the odd semester of 2025/2026 has been extended to August 9, 2025. This evaluation is crucial to ensure the accuracy of scholarship recipients based on academic achievement and the economic situation of their parents/guardians.

Scholarship recipients who do not complete the evaluation by the deadline will be deemed to have withdrawn from the KIP Kuliah Scholarship and will not be eligible for the extended evaluation.

Evaluation requirements include:

1. Proof of combined income for June/July from parents/guardians with company legality.

2. Official income statement for those not employed in the formal sector.

3. A certificate acknowledged by local officials if the parent/guardian is unemployed.

4. Family Card.

5. Certificate of University-level activities (if applicable).

All KIP Kuliah Scholarship recipients are requested to complete the evaluation through the SIMAK system before August 9, 2025.
