The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Executive of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, is committed to providing open, prompt, accurate, accessible, and accountable public information services.
About the FMIPA PPID Executive
The FMIPA PPID Executive is the faculty-level public information service unit that assists Udayana University's PPID in managing, documenting, providing, and delivering public information under the authority of FMIPA.
The PPID was established to implement Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure and other regulations governing public information service standards. Through its PPID Executive, FMIPA ensures that the public receives accurate, non-misleading, and accessible information while protecting exempt information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

PPID Executive Structure
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Udayana University's PPID in carrying out its responsibilities, duties, and authority.
- Implement technical policies for public information services established by Udayana University's PPID.
- Consolidate the storage, documentation, provision, and delivery of public information.
- Collect public information documents from Public Information Service Officers.
- Assist the PPID in verifying public information documents.
- Assist in creating, managing, maintaining, and updating the Public Information List.
- Ensure the availability and timely delivery of public information services so they are easily accessible to the public.

- Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 61 of 2010 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 14 of 2008.
- Information Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Public Information Service Standards.
- Applicable Regulations and/or Decisions of the Rector of Udayana University concerning information and documentation management.
