Udayana University's Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Holds a Leadership Meeting to Discuss Faculty Evaluation and Development Strategies
Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, August 22, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a Leadership Meeting on Friday, August 22, 2025, in Lab Room 2, 3rd Floor, FMIPA Dean's Building, Bukit Jimbaran Campus. The meeting, chaired by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D., was attended by the Vice Deans, Administrative Coordinators, Sub-Coordinators, Study Program Coordinators, UPIKS Coordinators, UP2M Coordinators, UP3M Coordinators, Business Unit Coordinators, and relevant staff.
The meeting's agenda included various important discussions related to the evaluation of second-quarter (TW2) achievements, the 2026 POK (Work Plan for the Procurement of Goods and Services), monitoring of the AMI evaluation, and preparations for study program accreditation in 2026. The meeting also highlighted budget realization through Q2, the implementation of the Rector's Regulation on Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) and the proportion of the PNBP budget, as well as the management of faculty facilities and infrastructure.
Furthermore, strategies for developing and updating the faculty website, publications, and study program services were also key topics. The meeting also discussed the implementation of the 2025 Alumni Tracer, the management of student activities such as participation in Student Creativity Programs (PKM), Outstanding Student Candidates (Mawapres), and Pusprenas competitions at the independent, national, and international levels.
Other strategic issues highlighted included the discussion of the draft new quality standards for the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) and the follow-up to the 2024 AMI RTM results and the results of previous ALs for study programs within the FMIPA. All of these agenda items are geared towards strengthening governance, improving academic quality, and supporting student and faculty achievement at the national and international levels.
By holding this leadership meeting, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Udayana University hopes to be able to formulate strategies and concrete steps to support the achievement of the faculty's vision towards developing superior and competitive education, research, and community service.
