`

Zoom, Friday, August 22, 2025 - The STIC 2025 Committee of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, held a final meeting to finalize preparations for the STIC 2025 event online via Zoom. The meeting, chaired by I.G.N. Lanang Wijaya Kusuma, S.Si., M.Kom., lasted from 7:00 PM to 7:35 PM WITA (Central Indonesian Time), and discussed important matters related to the smooth running of the event.

One of the key decisions made was to change the location of the STIC 2025 event, from the Unud Postgraduate Building to the Grand Santhi Hotel. This change is expected to provide more optimal comfort and facilities for all participants and the committee.

Regarding resource persons, the committee was asked to include the documents required by the resource persons in the invitation letter as part of the event preparation requirements. This will allow them to more easily prepare themselves according to the event's requirements.

Regarding food and beverages, the meeting decided that food for the committee would be provided by the Event Operations Committee (POK), while participant meals would be provided through the registration process. The committee was also asked to secure permits to bring food boxes into the hotel to avoid disrupting the smooth running of the event.

The number of participants required to attend this event was also determined: 43 participants from the Undergraduate Education Program (PUPS), 6 grant participants from the Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) scheme, and approximately 70 other mandatory participants. Furthermore, non-grant participants were encouraged to participate in the STIC 2025 celebrations to ensure the event's success.

The meeting concluded at 7:35 PM WITA, with the hope that all preparations would proceed smoothly, ensuring a successful STIC 2025 event that would benefit all parties involved.

This concludes the finalization of preparations for STIC 2025, organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. Hopefully, this event will run smoothly and make a significant contribution to the development of science and technology.
