Udayana University FMIPA Integrity Zone Coordination Meeting: Strategic Steps Towards Improving Service Quality
Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, December 5, 2024 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held an Integrity Zone (ZI) coordination meeting led and opened by the Dean of FMIPA Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih and attended by the Chairperson of the FMIPA Senate and ZI Area Managers and members, the agenda of this meeting was Coordination of the Results of the RB Team Monitoring and Evaluation, Launching of Work Culture, Preparation of Follow-up Reports on Faculty Monitoring and Evaluation Results.
In the meeting held in the Computer Lab Room 2, 3rd Floor, FMIPA Deanate, the Dean of FMIPA provided direction related to the development of the integrity zone, especially in responding to the results of the 3rd university-level integrity zone monitoring and evaluation by the Udayana University RB Team. Several important points discussed included the revision of the SOP for the formation of the ZI team, ratification of the work plan document, and determination of the work culture in the faculty environment. The Dean also emphasized the importance of publication and documentation of integrity zone development activities in the Faculty. In the discussion session, meeting participants provided input related to the management of accountability and public services, and strengthening supervision.
The meeting ended with a commitment to follow up on all input and complete the documents needed to support the achievement of the integrity zone in FMIPA which must be completed no later than December 18, 2024. Furthermore, the Udayana University RB Team is scheduled to carry out monitoring and evaluation on December 19, 2024.
