"Initiation of a New Web System at FMIPA Udayana: Changing the Way the Faculty Operates with Technology"

On Wednesday, March 13 2024, located at the FMIPA Dean's Building, Floor 1, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Udayana University (UNUD), an important meeting took place and had a wide impact. This meeting brought together various important parties from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University (FMIPA Udayana), namely the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, as well as the Deputy Deans including Dr. Ir. Ngurah Agus Sanjaya, Dr. I Made Sukadana, Prof. Rupiasih, as well as various educational staff and administrative staff such as Mrs. Martiningsih, Mr. Agung, and from the Upiks Faculty team, namely Mr. Cokorda Rai Paramatha.


This meeting aims to introduce the web system that has been created by Bithouse, where coincidentally the owner himself, Mr. Edy Suardiyana, directly explains the flow of the system. Where the flow covers various important aspects in faculty operations, such as the UKT (Single Tuition Fee) creation system, the KRS (Study Plan Card) creation system, and the complaint service system. This initiative is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of academic services at FMIPA Udayana through the use of web technology.


The purpose of this meeting is to initiate the development of a new web system at FMIPA Udayana, with the hope of increasing the satisfaction and performance of students and teaching staff. This initiation also shows FMIPA Udayana's commitment to adopting the latest technology to support quality education and research. This meeting marked the first step in efforts to modernize academic and administrative processes at FMIPA Udayana. It is hoped that this initiation can run smoothly and produce an innovative and effective web system, which not only facilitates the academic process but also becomes an effective communication medium between FMIPA Udayana and students and the wider community.


This meeting demonstrated a strong commitment from all parties involved to adopt web technology in faculty operations, with the hope of increasing the efficiency and quality of academic services.
