100-Day Evaluation of FMIPA Student Institution Performance 2025: Improving Collaboration and Accountability

Bukit Jimbaran March 22, 2025, the Student Representative Council (DPM) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University held the 100 Days of Student Organization Performance (HKLM) FMIPA 2025 activity at the FG Building, FG Room A, Chemistry Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. This year, 100 HKLM FMIPA 2025 raised the theme "Together in Action for Better Achievements Through Continuous Evaluation" with the aim of emphasizing the importance of teamwork and routine evaluation to ensure that every step taken brings improvements and better/maximum results.

The 100 HKLM FMIPA 2025 was attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, the Coordinator of the Mathematics Study Program, the Student Supervisor of the Physics Study Program, the Student Supervisor of the Biology Study Program, the Student Supervisor of the Mathematics Study Program, the Student Supervisor of the Pharmacy Study Program, the Core, the Head of the Field/Head of the Commission/Head of Division from each Student Institution, and representatives of 2 active students from each study program, as well as the entire committee of the 100 HKLM FMIPA 2025.

The head of the committee, Almira Nathania, in her speech, said that the activity that had been prepared for 3 months with a total of 49 committee members was expected to be a means of evaluation for the Student Institution in carrying out each work program they implemented. And can be a bridge for each Student Institution to be able to work together well.

Furthermore, the Chairperson of the FMIPA Student Representative Council 2025, Ni Putu Wulan Kusuma Dewi expressed her gratitude to all parties involved in the implementation of the 100 HKLM FMIPA activity this year. This event is an annual work program held as an evaluation and transparency regarding the performance of all Student Institutions in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences during the 100 days of its management period. With this activity, it is hoped that it can be a means of evaluation, accountability and effective communication between Student Institutions and all students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

This event was opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, S.Si., M.Si, Ph.D. in her speech said that as conveyed by the chairman of the committee and the chairman of the FMIPA Student Representative Council, this event is important because it is a forum for evaluating the performance program of Student Institutions during the first 100 days of the management period. Thus, this activity is expected to be a means of evaluation, accountability, and effective communication between Student Institutions and all students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

100 HKLM FMIPA 2025 hosted by MC Abraham Bryant Andrew Glen Jami went well. Then each Head of Student Organizations within FMIPA submitted a report on the first 100 days of their management, then the Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Student Advisors, and all participants of 100 HKLM FMIPA will provide responses in the form of criticism or suggestions as a form of evaluation for each Student Organization to be better in the future.
