Student Election Preparation Coordination Meeting Achievement (PILMAPRES) at FMIPA Udayana University
Bukit Jimbaran, Wednesday, May 29 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and
Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University held a coordination meeting to
prepare for the Selection of Outstanding Students (PILMAPRES) at the faculty
level in 2024. This meeting was held in the Senate Room, Dean Building Floor 1,
starting at 10:00 WITA.
This meeting was opened and attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs
and Information, Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih was also the Chair of this activity
and was also attended by the Deputy Deans, Sub Coordinators, representatives of
the FMIPA Student Executive Board (BEM), as well as staff and faculty staff.
This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/296/UN14.2.8.III/KM.05.03/2024
dated 27 May 2024, which contains the agenda for the PILMAPRES preparation
meeting at the faculty level.
The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss and coordinate between the
PILMAPRES team at FMIPA Udayana University in preparation for these activities
in 2024. Through this meeting, it is hoped that good synergy and collaboration
will be created between all related parties to ensure the smoothness and
success of PILMAPRES at the faculty level .
This coordination meeting is an opportunity to discuss various matters
related to PILMAPRES, including selection mechanisms, assessment criteria,
activity schedules, and the duties and responsibilities of each team. Through
thorough preparation and good coordination, it is hoped that PILMAPRES at FMIPA
Udayana University can run successfully and produce outstanding students who
can be an inspiration to others.
With the PILMAPRES activity, the MIPA faculty of Udayana University shows
its commitment to respecting and appreciating student achievements. Apart from
that, PILMAPRES is also an event to motivate and encourage students to continue
to excel and contribute to the development of science and society.
