Leadership Coordination Meeting Discussing Learning Achievements and Development of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty

Bukit Jimbaran, On Monday, May 27 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) Udayana University held a Leadership Coordination Meeting to discuss study program learning outcomes and faculty developments. This meeting was held in the Senate Room, Dean's Building, 1st Floor, and started at 10:00 WITA.


The meeting was opened directly by the Dean of FMIPA Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih and attended by Deputy Deans, Administrative Coordinators (TU), Sub Coordinators, Study Program Coordinators, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Unit Coordinators (UPIKS), Student Management and Services Unit Coordinators (UP2M), Community Service Unit Coordinators and Partners (UP3M), as well as the Research Management Bureau (BPP) and several other educational staff.

 

This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/287/UN14.2.8/TU.01.01/2024 dated 22 May 2024, which contains a meeting agenda to discuss various problems and regulations at the Mathematics and Natural Sciences faculty level. The main aim of this meeting is to improve and enhance the quality of learning as well as discuss policies that apply and will apply at the MIPA faculty.


In this meeting, discussions were held regarding the learning achievements of each study program, reports on the allocation of research funds for PHBD (Research Grants Competing for Higher Education), IPACOE (Institute for Development and Acceleration of the Economic Olympiad Community), and FMIPA international research. Apart from that, the progress of each unit coordinator and other matters related to the development of the MIPA faculty are also reported.


Through this activity, it is hoped that a discussion forum will be created that will enable leaders in the MIPA faculty to exchange ideas and provide input to improve the quality and progress of the faculty in the future. This meeting is a manifestation of the commitment of the MIPA faculty of Udayana University in maintaining the quality of learning and adopting policies that have a positive impact on the development of the faculty and the entire academic community.
