FMIPA UNUD, KUI, Upskill Coordination Meeting Discuss the Foreign Student Visa Process in Bukit Jimbaran

Thursday 4 July 2024 - This coordination meeting was held in the courtroom on the 4th floor of the Dean's Building, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University (Unud). This meeting brought together FMIPA Unud, the Office of International Affairs (KUI), and the team from Upskill to discuss the visa application process for foreign student programs.

The meeting was attended by a number of important officials, including :

•          Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Dean of FMIPA

•          Ir. A A. Raka Dalem, former Dean of FMIPA

•          Deputy Deans of FMIPA

•          Mrs. Putu Ayu Asty Senja, SS., M.Hum, Ph.D, head of KUI

•          Central KUI team

•          Apt. Ary Sasmita, representative of KUI FMIPA

•          Cokorda Rai Adi Paramartha, ST. MM. Ph.D, UPIKS Coordinator

•          Dr. rer. Nat. apt. Ni Putu Ariantari, S. Farm., M. Farm.

•          Laura Korwa, Upskill team representative

The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss solutions to foreign student visa problems and provide an explanation to Upskill regarding the importance of good understanding and coordination regarding the procedures and requirements for bringing foreign students to Udayana University.

It is hoped that this meeting can improve communication and coordination between all related parties, for the smooth running of international programs involving foreign students in the future.
