FMIPA Prepares for the 158th Graduation Ceremony

On Monday, February 12, 2024, the atmosphere at Widya Sabha, Udayana University, was filled with the hustle and bustle of committee members from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) conducting a rehearsal in preparation for the 158th graduation ceremony. On this occasion, Ir. Ni Made Arini, serving as the Head of Administrative Staff (KTU) of FMIPA, and Luh Martiningsih, ST, the Academic Subdivision Head, were directly appointed by the FMIPA Dean's office to accompany and ensure the rehearsal went smoothly.

The involvement of members from the Student Executive Body (BEM) of FMIPA as marshals in the graduation ceremony added a spirit of collaboration and unity among the academic community. I Wayan Supardi, S.Si., M.Si, also participated in this preparation as a representative from the center, acting as a protocol officer, guiding, and providing directions to the committee members on the proper and correct procedures for conducting the graduation.

In preparation for this graduation, about 10 committee members have been assigned as guest greeters and another 12 as marshals, who will be responsible for various aspects of the graduation execution. This task has been enthusiastically welcomed by all members of the FMIPA academic community, demonstrating a great sense of honor and responsibility in organizing this significant event.

This rehearsal is not only a moment of technical preparation but also a symbol of FMIPA's commitment and dedication to ensuring the success of the 158th graduation. The event is expected to proceed smoothly and leave a lasting impression on the graduates and the entire academic community at Widya Sabha, adding a story of joy to their academic journey at Udayana University.
