Coordination meetings Preparation of FMIPA SOPs for Completeness of Integrity Zone Documents

Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, May 30 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University held a coordination meeting of the Operational Procedures (SOP) drafting team regarding the completeness of the Integrity Zone documents. This meeting was held in the Senate Room, Dean's Building, 1st Floor, starting at 10:00 WITA.

This meeting was attended and opened directly by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Coordinator (UP3M) Nengah Wirajana as well as Head of preparation (SOP), as well as coordinators and members of the FMIPA SOP preparation team. This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/300/UN14.2.8/OT.01.01/2024 dated 28 May 2024, which requests complete documents from the Management Division Manager regarding the implementation of the Integrity Zone.

The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss and coordinate between the FMIPA SOP drafting team regarding the completeness of the documents required for the Integrity Zone. This meeting is a forum to ensure that all required documents have been prepared completely and in accordance with established standards.

In this coordination meeting, steps will be discussed that need to be taken to complete missing documents and review the SOPs that have been prepared. Through the collaboration of the FMIPA SOP preparation team, it is hoped that the completeness of the Integrity Zone documents can be fulfilled immediately.

This coordination meeting shows Udayana University FMIPA's commitment to implementing the Integrity Zone and maintaining integrity in faculty management. By having complete and standard SOPs, FMIPA can continue to improve service quality and good governance.
