Coordination Meeting of the MBKM FMIPA Unud Team: Discussing the Implementation and Evaluation of the MBKM Program

Bukit Jimbaran, On Tuesday, May 28 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University held a Coordination Meeting of the MBKM Team (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) to discuss the implementation and evaluation of the MBKM program. This meeting was held in the Senate Room, Dean's Building, 1st Floor, and started at 09:00 WITA.

This meeting was attended and opened by the Deputy Dean for Academic and Planning, Dr. Ir. Ngurah Agus Sanjaya ER, and also the Deputy Deans, as well as the Chair and Representative of the MBKM Team for each study program. This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/285/UN14./PK.01.06/2024 dated 22 May 2024, which contains a meeting agenda to discuss various aspects related to the MBKM program at FMIPA Unud.

The main objective of this meeting is to finalize the MBKM FMIPA Joint Operational Program (POB), discuss differences in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for MBKM Implementation between those set by the Ministry and MBKM Mandiri, provide information regarding the socialization of the MBKM program which will be held in mid-June 2024, as well as conducting evaluations of students participating in MBKM Mandiri and the Ministry so that they comply with the correct implementation SOP.

Through this meeting, it is hoped that a clear agreement and understanding will be reached regarding the implementation of the MBKM program at FMIPA Unud. Discussion regarding differences in SOPs will help ensure that the implementation of the MBKM program is in accordance with applicable regulations. Evaluation of participating students is also important to ensure that they participate in the MBKM program correctly and in accordance with established procedures.

This coordination meeting shows FMIPA Unud's commitment to implementing the MBKM program well and contributing to efforts to create a golden generation 2045 through quality education.
