This indicates that in general, public satisfaction with the services provided by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences continues to increase over time.


First Graph: Shows Significant Increase:

There was a significant increase from quarter 1 to quarter 2, followed by a slightly more moderate increase from quarter 2 to quarter 3. This indicates that there are ongoing improvement efforts from the faculty.


Second Graph: Development of IKM in Service Elements

Improvement in Almost All Elements: This graph provides further details on what factors contributed to the overall increase in IKM. Almost all service elements showed an increase in IKM values ??from quarter 1 to quarter 3. Some of the elements that showed the most significant increase were complaint handling, quality of facilities and infrastructure, and politeness and friendliness of service. This indicates that the faculty has paid special attention to these aspects. Although there was an increase in almost all elements, there are still some elements that need to be improved, such as speed of service time and service procedures.


Conclusion

Based on the two graphs, it can be concluded that the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University has succeeded in increasing the level of public satisfaction with the services provided. The improvement efforts made by the faculty have yielded positive results. However, there are still several aspects that need to be continuously improved to achieve a more optimal level of satisfaction.
