40th FMIPA BK Preparation Coordination Meeting: "Strengthening Togetherness to Build a Successful and Excellent FMIPA"

Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, May 31 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University held a coordination meeting to prepare for the 40th FMIPA Family Body (BK) event. This meeting was held in the Senate Room, Dean's Building, 1st Floor, and started at 10:00 WITA.

This meeting was also opened and attended by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Committee Chair Mr Wayan Martadi Santika, as well as coordinators and members of preparations for the 40th BK FMIPA. This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/299/UN14.2.8/HM.00.02/2023 dated 28 May 2024, which contains an agenda for discussing preparations for the 40th BK FMIPA event which will take place in July.

The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss and coordinate between the 40th BK FMIPA preparation team. This meeting is a forum for planning event arrangements, fundraising, determining this year's BK theme, designing event mechanisms, and coordinating each coordinator in preparation for the event. This aims to ensure that event preparations run smoothly according to expectations and the specified deadline.

In this coordination meeting, various aspects related to the 40th BK FMIPA will be discussed, including the mechanism for collecting funds, choosing a relevant theme, arranging an interesting event, as well as the role of each coordinator and its members in preparing the event. Through the collaboration of the 40th BK FMIPA preparation team, it is hoped that this event can be a lively and beneficial moment for the entire FMIPA academic community.

This coordination meeting shows Udayana University FMIPA's commitment to strengthening togetherness and cooperation in building a prosperous and superior FMIPA. With thorough preparation and good cooperation, it is hoped that the 40th BK FMIPA event can become an event that strengthens relationships between students, lecturers and alumni and inspires better achievements in the future.
