On February 21 2024, at the Graha Widya Bakti Building, KST B.J. Habibie, South Tangerang, an interesting conference took place, "The 1st Conference of Accelerator-Based Sciences and Technology" (CAST 2024), which coincided with "The School on Advanced Spectroscopy for Material Sciences". This event is an important opportunity for scientists from various parts of the world to gather, share knowledge, and build strong research collaborations.
One of the scientists at the event was Mrs. Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, one of the leadership representatives from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, Bali, played an important role in this event. Prof. Rupiasih, with extensive background and expertise in the field of materials science, plays an active role in discussions and collaborates with scientists from BRIN, Universities in Indonesia, and RIKEN. He had a chance to discuss with the Head of BRIN, Mr. Laksana Tri Handoko, and had a light conversation discussing nanotechnology and materials research at BRIN and in Indonesia in general.
