Following up on the letter from Plh. Director of Financial Management Development for Public Service Agencies, Number: S-120/PB.5/2024, regarding the Implementation of the 2024 BLU Service User Satisfaction Survey (SPKL), hereby announces that :
Udayana University as a BLU Education agency will carry out a service user satisfaction survey for 2024. Please help, sir/madam, to distribute online questionnaires to internal and external respondents within their respective Faculties/Work Units in accordance with the division of service categories attached.

The deadline for collecting survey data is August 30, 2024.
