FMIPA Student Representative Council holds 100 Days of Student Organization Performance

Sunday, April 7 2024, the Student Representative Council (DPM) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, carried out the 100 Days of Student Organization Performance (HKLM) 2024 in the Nusantara Room, Agro Complex Building, Sudirman Campus, Udayana University. 100 HKLM 2024 is an annual work program from DPM which is a forum for evaluating the performance of each Student Organization within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences for 100 days of management after being appointed.


The theme raised in this activity is "Innovation and Evaluation of Work Programs to Create Creative, Innovative, Aspirational and Communicative Student Institutions by Embracing Others" which aims to evaluate the quality of implementation and activities that have been carried out by Student Institutions during the 100 days of management and identify challenges faced during the 100 days of management, both internally and externally, as well as opportunities that can be utilized to improve the performance of the FMIPA Student Institution in the future.


100 HKLM 2024 was held offline in the Nusantara Room, Agro Complex Building, Sudirman Campus, Udayana University. The event started at 08.30 WITA, attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean, Study Program Coordinating Lecturers, Study Program Student Affairs Supervisor Lecturers, Chair of each Student Institution, Core Staff and Head of Division of each Student Institution as well as 5 Active Students from each Study Program. After carrying out the Committee Chair's Report, remarks from the Chair of the 2024 DPM FMIPA, and remarks from the Dean of FMIPA as well as opening the event with the beating of a gong, the event continued with presentations of material by each Head of Student Institutions within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, each lasting 20 minutes.


After the presentation of the material was complete, the event continued with a break for 60 minutes. Then the event continued with responses from the Dean, Deputy Dean, Study Program Coordinating Lecturers, Study Program Student Affairs Lecturers and Active Students which lasted approximately 120 minutes.


The outcome of this activity is that it is hoped that it can create transparency in the performance of Student Institutions through presentations of work events that have been, are currently, and will be carried out for 100 days by the management of all Student Institutions within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. So that in the future students can trust the Student Organization in carrying out each work program.
