Implementation of the 2025 Independent UTBK at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University

Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, July 11, 2025 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University successfully hosted the 2025 Computer-Based Written Exam (UTBK) for the Independent Selection of Diploma and Undergraduate Programs on Friday, July 11, 2025. The Independent UTBK took place over two days, July 11 and 12, 2025, with two exam sessions each day.


In the 2025 Independent UTBK, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University accepted 1,267 participants who took the exam at the Jimbaran Campus, out of a total of 2,172 participants spread across the Jimbaran and Denpasar Campuses (905 participants in Denpasar). The exam was administered using 27 examination rooms that had been carefully prepared to support a smooth selection process.


The exam materials tested in the Independent UTBK included Scholastic Potential, Mathematical Reasoning, Indonesian Language Literacy, and English Literacy. The materials are designed to measure the academic abilities and potential of prospective students comprehensively.


Although the number of participants this year is down from 3,175 in 2024, Udayana University continues to offer a variety of innovative independent pathway schemes, including merit scholarships, 2025 SNBT score rankings, regular international students, international class programs, and prior learning recognition (RPL).


The implementation of the Independent UTBK (Computer-Based Test) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) affirms the Faculty and Udayana University's commitment to conducting transparent, accountable, and inclusive new student selection.
