Consolidation Preparation for Candidate Assessment Student Achievement Participants (PILMAPRES) Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty Level

Bukit Jimbaran, Monday, June 10 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) Udayana University held a consolidation preparation activity for the assessment event for prospective Student Achievement Participants (PILMAPRES) at the faculty level. This activity was held in the Dean's Building, 1st Floor, Senate Room, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, starting at 09.00 WITA.

This activity was attended and opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D, the assessment jury, and the committee representing students from each department in the faculty. This activity is a follow-up to Letter No. B/319/UN14.2.8.III/KM.05.03/2024 dated 05 June 2024, which contains the agenda for strengthening PILMAPRES activities at the faculty level in 2024.

The main aim of this activity is to strengthen preparations for assessing prospective PILMAPRES participants at the faculty level. Through this activity, it is hoped that the assessing jury and the committee will gain a better understanding of the assessment process and the criteria used. In this preparatory activity, discussions and deliberations will be held between the assessing jury and student representatives. This aims to ensure that all parties have the same understanding of the assessment process and desired expectations.

Through thorough preparation and consolidation, it is hoped that PILMAPRES activities at the faculty level can run successfully and produce outstanding students who can be an inspiration to others. This activity is also a form of commitment from the MIPA faculty at Udayana University in appreciating and encouraging student achievement and improving the quality of education in the field of science.
