Your alma mater, Udayana University, informs you that requests for legalization of diplomas/academic transcripts and/or copies of accreditation certificates can be submitted through the academic section of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. as well as filling in data and uploading proof of payment as requirements can be accessed using the QR Code/Barcode scan above.

Legalization Process:

1. The applicant/alumni/representative submits a request for legalization of diploma, transcript, and/or copy of accreditation certificate to the Academic Section. Applicants/alumni prepare photocopies of documents to be legalized according to requirements and 1 more copy for archives, as well as attach original diplomas/transcripts and submit to the academic departmen
2. Make payment of administration fees via BNI Virtual Account number 9883334409034302 an. FMIPA ALUMNI SERVICE
3. Fill in the data and upload proof of payment on the Google form with the link  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd5MBhk_FGC1Di87PawIyPmA4blwylQqB2 esaT1Rgz9QsJDvg/viewform
4. The applicant reports/submits proof of filling out the Google form and submits proof of payment to the academic department
5. The officer verifies the documents and returns the original documents to the applicant after the verification process is complete
6. Document preparation process by the academic department and legalization of diplomas by the Dean.
7. Processing time for legalization of diplomas and transcripts is a maximum of 7 working days.
8. Submission of legalization documents.
