“Together in Glo21ous” theme of Himatika 2023 Anniversary
Himatika 2023 Anniversary is one of the work programs of the Entrepreneurship and Student Welfare Field of the Student Association of the Udayana University Mathematics Study Program. Himatika Udayana held a Himatika 2023 Anniversary work program with the theme "Together in Glo21ous". The Himatika 2023 Anniversary activity aims to commemorate Himatika's increasing age which this year is turning 21 years old, commemorating the increasing age of Mathematics which this year is turning 22 years old, and increasing a sense of kinship between students, alumni, and Mathematics Study Program lecturers.
The Himatika 2023 Anniversary activity was held for one day on Saturday, May 27 2023 and was divided into 2 parts of activities, namely formal events and non-formal events which were held at Taman Asri, Renon, South Denpasar. As for the opening of the event, it was attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean for Academic and Planning, the Coordinator of the Mathematics Study Program, 5 Nuclei of Himatics, 45 committee members, 74 participants, and 7 Student Institutions at FMIPA. Invitation Registration starts at 15.00 - 16.00 WITA where for invitees who attend sign the attendance list that has been provided by Sie Secretariat and for participants who must first show the ticket that has been given when picking up clothes and tickets, then scan the participant's barcode containing name, no. tickets and signatures on the registration desk, then for ticket installation assisted by Sie Secretariat which is worn on the right or left wrist.
The opening of the 2023 Himatika Anniversary event took place at 16.00 WITA. The opening began with the MC opening, then continued with prayer readings, singing the Indonesia Raya song, Udayana Hymn, FMIPA Marshal, and Mathematics Mars. After that there was a report from the head of the committee by I Putu Satria Adi, followed by remarks from the Chair of Himatika by I Kadek Purna Adi Putra, then remarks by the Coordinator of the Mathematics Study Program by Mrs. I Gusti Ayu Made Srinadi, S.Sc., M.Si, then remarks by the Dean The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences also opened the event by Mrs. Prof. dr. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D. At 17.10 the event continued with cutting the tumpeng accompanied by a happy birthday song. After cutting the tumpeng, the committee in charge of distributing the tumpeng to the invitees who were present while the invitees talked to each other. Because there were problems with the operator, the viewing of video greetings and viewing of video asking questions of students was postponed and continued to non-formal events.
In the non-formal event which was held at 17.30, the MC performance gave the opening remarks for the non-formal event which was brought by Suta and Tia as the MC performance. Furthermore, the lecturer's performance program which should have been hosted by Prof. Ir. Komang Darmawan, M.Math, Ph.D, due to the lack of preparation for the song, the event continued with alumni talks which were replaced by student and lecturer talks at 17.40, the next event was games 1, namely take me with you and a quick count which was held at 17.50 where the take me with you game is played by 5 participants where the players start the game by standing sideways on the start line by flanking the balloon between the two legs (may be between the thighs or both knees), which both games will start according to the signal from the MC, the third the player will carry the balloon from the starting line to the finish line, the fourth is on the way to the finish line, the player must shake when he hears the sound of music and continue the journey when the music is stopped then if in the balloon travels down, then the player has to start again from the start line. The fastest player to reach the finish line will be the winner. For the rules in this game, the first one is prohibited from holding the balloon by hand, then the second is prohibited from fixing the position of the balloon by hand. After that the game was played by 5 participants who were randomly chosen by the mc and this game was won by Citra from batch 20. The next game is quick count where these games are played by 3 participants where in this game 5 questions will be provided by the mc then the participants will calculate quickly using the stationery provided, then the player who answers the most questions and the fastest is the winner. According to the rules in this game, players are not allowed to cheat or be petted by other people. The winner in these games is Surya from batch 21.
The next event was the lecturer awarding which was held at 18.40, where this event was a form of student love and gratitude to the lecturers by giving flowers filled with snacks where the committee gave them one by one to the students to be given to the participants' favorite lecturers. The next event which was held at 18.55 there was a performance from batch 21, namely the vocal group. At 19.00 there was an appreciation for the Head of the Himatika 2022 Work Program who had succeeded in the success of the Himatika 2022 program. Ir. Komang Darmawan, M.Math,Ph.D together with Mrs. Ratna Sari Widiastuti, S.Sc., M.Sc. who performed several songs and accompanied by guitar. The next event, namely the performance of class 22 which was held at 19.25, namely the Timun Emas Drama. At 19.35 there was an appreciation for the outstanding students in the Udayana University Mathematics Study Program 2023 environment.
It was continued with the Jegeg Bagus Mathematics 2022 and 2023 appreciation event where this event was symbolic for the replacement of Jegeg Bagus Mathematics 2022 to 2023 which was carried out by Jegeg Bagus Mathematics 2022, namely I Putu Candra Arta Wiguna and Ni Putu Meyla Aryani to Jegeg Bagus Mathematics 2023, namely Putu Agus Arya Suta and Luh Putu Deswinta Dharmariani. The next program is the performance of Batch 20 at 19.45 by showing a dance cover. At 20.00 the event was continued with the Student Awarding where the winner of each nomination had been selected through social media, namely Instagram based on the results of student voting. First, "Most Social Butterfly" was won by Riztha from batch 22, then the second "Most Stylish" was won by Citra from batch 20, the third was "Most Couple" which was won by Gung Dwi and Sugik from batch 20. The next event, namely King and Queen at 20.10 which has been devoting through social media, namely Instagram based on the voting results for King Mathematics 2023 is Arsana and for Queen Mathematics 2023 is Ayu Alit. At 20.20, the preparations for the Himatika 2023 committee and the appearance of Flashmob by the Himatika 2023 committee. The next event was karaoke which started at 20.40 which was led by Krisna Bayu. At 9:10 p.m., the chairman of the executive committee spoke and also gave appreciation to the executive committee for running this program smoothly. The next event was a talk with "Most Couple" at 21.20 and there was a closing statement from the MC. With the end of the closing statement, the Himatika 2023 Anniversary event ends at 21.30.
In its implementation, the 2023 Himatika Anniversary activities have a family goal which puts more emphasis on togetherness in running this event. The activity which was held on Saturday, 27 May 2023 can be said to be very lively, smooth and successful thanks to the hard work of the organizers and the enthusiasm of the participants who attended and the invitees. Even though in its implementation there were several obstacles during the preparation and implementation stages of this activity, all obstacles were overcome properly thanks to the cooperation of the entire implementing committee. The next event which was held at 18.55 there was a performance from batch 21, namely the vocal group. At 19.00 there was an appreciation for the Head of the Himatika 2022 Work Program who had succeeded in the success of the Himatika 2022 program. Ir.
