Head of Administration, Ir. The purpose of this outreach is to record, improve, and of course inform all activities, achievements and all matters related to FMIPA so that FMIPA UNUD can be better known.

The Vice Dean for student affairs and information (Prof.Dr.Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, S.Si, M.Si) in his remarks at the same time opening the activity expressed his gratitude for the hard work of all parties so that the activities can be carried out on time. With this socialization, it is hoped that it can be one of the solutions for delivering information and increasing the number of official news to the public so that all achievements and potential of FMIPA are increasingly recognized by the public.

In his presentation, the resource persons (Agus Muliantara, S.Kom, M.Kom) agreed with what was conveyed by the Dean for student affairs and information. Improving the quality and quantity of news in FMIPA is seen as requiring the cooperation of all parties, with the Study Program especially from student associations so that FMIPA content can be of higher quality and more abundant. The task of this representative who will later become the reporting team is to make good and true news. Examples that we can take are: excellence of study programs, superiority of facilities and infrastructure, opinions, and human interest. So it is hoped that it will attract FMIPA enthusiasts to visit our Web and social media at FMIPA. In his presentation, Muliantara conveyed 5 important elements in the news, namely What, When, Where, Who, Why and How.

Muliantara did not forget to express his gratitude for the support from faculties, study programs, and student representatives for their willingness to be the backbone of the news at FMIPA. Muliantara hopes that in addition to improving the technique of compiling news, each component is able to collaborate in compiling news in every activity according to the SOP for reporting in FMIPA that has been submitted.

After the presentation of the material, Muliantara continued with the practice of making news which was appreciated by giving door prizes for the best news. The best news writing exercise was won by Michelle Angelina Sharon, as a representative from Hima Biology, FMIPA UNUD.

The direction of the Dean of FMIPA delivered at the end of the event expressed his gratitude for all the efforts made by Ms. WD3, UPIKS, and the entire team at FMIPA to improve the quality of the news. It is very important in this information age that we provide information on the Web and Social Media, so that all news becomes accurate, good, and of course can attract interested people to study at FMIPA. The Dean hopes that the entire team can actively make good news for the progress of FMIPA and Udayana University.
