Spurring innovation and student creativity, HIMAKI holds CITRIC 2023

On Saturday, June 10 2023. The Chemistry Student Association (HIMAKI) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University (FMIPA UNUD) conducted a Citric (Chemistry Student Creativity Competition) activity in the Fg A Chemistry room, Jimbaran. This year's Citric event has the theme "Through PKM Realize Creative and Innovative Chemistry Students as Agents of Change".


This activity is a form of PKM competition activity which is held within the Chemistry study program environment and is attended by all of the Chemistry Academic Community. The hope of holding this PKM competition is that it can spur the spirit of innovation with creativity and have a high spirit of competition for Udayana University chemistry students, especially in the Chemistry Study Program environment.


The purpose of holding the Chemistry Student Creativity Competition 2023 event is to assist Chemistry Study Program students in developing creative, innovative and solutive ideas or ideas that can be packaged in the form of a Student Creativity Program (PKM) and deliver ideas or ideas to Chemistry Study Program students towards the national level through the National Student Science Week (PIMNAS).


The Chemistry Student Creativity Competition activity was held offline for one day on Saturday, 10 June 2023 which was attended by the Chemistry Study Program Coordinator, Chemistry Study Program Student Affairs Lecturer, several lecturers of the Chemistry study program, Head of the Chemistry Study Program Student Association, 33 committees Chemistry Student Creativity Competition 2023, and several Chemistry Study Program students.


The event was filled with: Registration of participants, invitees and judges, opening, reading a prayer, singing Indonesia Raya and Mars Chemistry, reports from the head of the organizing committee, remarks by the chairman of HIMAKI, remarks by the Coordinator of the Chemistry Study Program as well as opening the event, reading of the rules, drawing for the order presentation, participant presentation, break, judging, distribution of certificates to the judges and moderator, and closing.


The hope of the Head of Chemistry Study Program is that Chemistry students are more active in conducting competitions, getting outstanding chemistry students, and that the PKM submitted at this event can be continued to the university and even national stages.
