FMIPA Udayana University Holds Coordination Meeting for Preparation of Field Assessment for S1 Chemistry Study Program

Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, June 05, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a coordination meeting in preparation for the Field Assessment for the Chemistry Undergraduate Study Program. This meeting was held with the aim of finalizing all aspects needed to support the smooth running of the assessment process, from data verification to technical preparations in the field.


The meeting held in the FMIPA environment was attended by the Dean of FMIPA, Vice Deans, Heads of Units, Coordinators of the Chemistry Undergraduate Study Program, the Chemistry Study Program Taskforce Team, the Coordinator of Administration, and the Sub-Coordinators of FMIPA UNUD. The presence of all elements of leadership and staff shows the seriousness of the faculty in welcoming the accreditation process which is very important for the academic quality of the study program.


Several important points discussed in this meeting include:


Document Preparation:

Discussion of important documents such as Self-Evaluation Reports (LED), supporting data, evidence of activities, and other documents that are the main requirements for the assessment.


Readiness of Facilities and Infrastructure:

Review of the rooms to be used, including checking the equipment and infrastructure supporting the assessment.


Internal and External Coordination:

Determination of communication and cooperation flows with related parties, such as Vice Chancellors, Deans, Study Program Coordinators, lecturers, and education staff.


Preparation of Agenda and Schedule:

Formation of the assessment agenda, including the schedule of activities and meeting agendas with the assessor team.


Formation of the Responsible Team:

Appointment of the implementing team that will be on duty during the assessment process, including the welcoming and directing team for the assessors.


Preparation of Presentation Material:

Preparation of presentation materials that will be delivered to the assessors, emphasizing strategic points of the achievements and advantages of the Chemistry Undergraduate Study Program.


With this coordination meeting, FMIPA Udayana University hopes that the field assessment process can run smoothly and produce the best assessment for the Chemistry Undergraduate Study Program. This activity is also a form of the faculty's commitment to maintaining the quality of education and institutional accountability on an ongoing basis.
