FMIPA proves its commitment to realizing an Integrity Zone

Jimbaran, Friday, January 19, 2024, Evidence of FMIPA's commitment to realizing an Integrity Zone within Udayana University, another Integrity Zone coordination meeting was held at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, which aims to discuss and evaluate the points that have been filled in by the team managers. Even though several teams were unable to attend offline, FMIPA leaders still vowed to hold hybrid coordination meetings so that the entire team could attend in full. The meeting which started at 13.00 WITA was opened directly by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D.


  1. Integrity Zone Team Manager Report Progress: The meeting noted several important things as a result of the progress report of each Integrity Zone Team Manager:
    1. Change Agent: Mrs. Vida is assigned as an agent of change, and a Decree (SK) will be issued.
    2. Documents uploaded when filling in the External Performance Report (LKE) use documents for 2023.
  2. Change Manager: The mechanism for socializing the development of Corruption Free Areas (WBK) / Clean Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM) in LKE can be added using flyers or banners.
  3. Management Mapping Manager:
    • Revised FMIPA SOP which has existed since 2016.
    • Evaluate meeting activities, including Senate Meetings and Leadership Meetings.
    • Inclusion of the SIPENA link in job evaluation.
  4. Manager for Apparatus HR Management System Arrangement:
    • The placement of recruited employees refers to job analysis according to the applicable decree.
    • The resume is created before the SKP is uploaded, and is used as a graphic document.
    • Mutation monitoring uses mutation analysis, if there are no mutations in 2023, using 2022 data.
  5. Accountability Strengthening Manager:
    • Use of Simponi Padi support data for performance information systems.
    • Increasing HR capacity in handling performance accountability using SKP supporting documents from superiors.
  6. Supervision Strengthening Manager:
    • Risk assessment of policy implementation with supporting data for evacuation or SOP for use of equipment in the laboratory.
    • Implementation of the public complaints policy with a decree for handling complaints.
    • Domain creation for Whistle-Blowing System and complaints.
  7. Manager for Improving the Quality of Public Services:
    • Creation of SK and formation of a team to manage SP4N complaints - Report.
  8. Legal Basis for Managerial Change:
    • Every change in management has a recognized legal basis.


Watiniasih, closed the meeting by emphasizing the importance of the steps taken to ensure the integrity and quality of services at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. A Decree (SK) will soon be issued to support the implementation of the changes discussed at this meeting.
