"Successful Implementation of UTBK SNBT 2024 at FMIPA UNUD: First Steps Towards Quality New Student Selection"

The first day of UTBK SNBT 2024 implementation at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University went smoothly on Tuesday, April 30 2024. This event was part of the SNPMB (National Selection for New Student Admissions) which was held simultaneously. UTBK SNBT at UNUD is planned to take place over 7 sessions starting from 30 April to 4 May 2024, with a total of 5.029 participants estimated to be spread across 19 rooms in two campus locations, namely the Unud Sudirman Campus and the Unud Bukit Jimbaran Campus.

Data shows that the number of UTBK SNBT participants in 2024 has decreased compared to the previous year. At the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, there are 621 participants who will take the UTBK SNBT, with additional exam locations this year. With a total of 4 locations in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, apart from previously only 2 locations, namely the Biology Study Program in the FF building and the Mathematics Study Program in the GF building as exam locations in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty.

When interviewed by the Dean of FMIPA, Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D, stated FMIPA's readiness to make UTBK SNBT a success. Moreover, this year FMIPA has 4 locations to support the exam, including the Dean's Lab Building, FK Building (Physics), FF Building (Biology) and finally GF Building (Mathematics). Watiniasih emphasized that FMIPA is ready to support the implementation of SNPMB 2024, which can be seen from the smoothness and suitability of the activity plans on the first day and beyond.
