Outstanding Achievements of Physics Students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, on the International Stage!

Another exciting news came from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Udayana University. A team of Physics students achieved a remarkable achievement by winning a Bronze Medal and the Most Innovative Idea award at the 2026 World Innovation for Sustainability Essay Competition organized by Cakap Riset.

The online competition took place in two phases, May 16–17, 2026, and June 27–28, 2026, focusing on developing innovative ideas and solutions to support future sustainability.

This achievement was achieved by a team of Physics students consisting of:

- Ni Luh Putu Ardini Astina Putri

- Ni Komang Yuni Chalwa

- Naila Haya Syabina

- Aisyah Kartika Putri

Throughout the competition, the team received guidance and support from Dewa Ngurah Yudhi Prasada, S.Si., M.Si., the Physics Study Program supervisor.

Winning the Bronze Medal and the Most Innovative Idea award is a testament to the dedication, creativity, and innovative capabilities of Udayana University's Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences students in addressing various global challenges through science-based and sustainability-based ideas.
