Open Session of Doctoral Promotion Examination of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University: Ida Bagus Made Suaskara Officially Receives Doctoral Degree
Denpasar, Monday, February 03, 2025 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held an Open Session of the Doctoral Promotion Examination for Promovendus Ida Bagus Made Suaskara. This session took place in the Hall on the 3rd floor of the Postgraduate Building, Denpasar and was attended by the examining team, promoters, co-promoters, and academic invitees.
The session was led by the Chair of the MIPA Faculty Session and was declared open to the public after the gavel was struck three times. Promovendus, who had passed the Final Exam Phase I (Closed Exam) on January 13, 2025, defended a dissertation entitled: "Protein and Amino Acid Profile of Chicken Eggs with Different Processing and Their Effects on the Performance of White Mice".
After going through a rigorous examination process, the session was temporarily postponed for a graduation meeting. Based on the assessment results from various aspects, including academic achievement, perseverance in research, and the ability to defend a dissertation, Promovendus Ida Bagus Made Suaskara was officially declared to have passed.
Ida Bagus Made Suaskara became the seventh Doctor in the Biology Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. As a symbol of the highest academic achievement, the Promoter Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suarsana, M.Sc., presented a certificate of graduation, accompanied by a short speech regarding the scientific contribution of the dissertation that had been compiled.
The session was closed with gratitude to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, accompanied by congratulations to the Promovendus and his family. With this graduation, Ida Bagus Made Suaskara is now entitled to hold the title of Doctor with all the rights, obligations, and honors attached to the title.
