Important Information for Udayana University Scholarship Recipients

Udayana University informs all students receiving the KIP Kuliah, Tuition Fee Assistance, and Higher Education Affirmation Scholarship (UKT) that for the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year (starting in March 2026), the UKT status will be temporarily set to PENDING to allow students to complete their KRS (Student Study Program).

KIP Kuliah recipients are required to undergo Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) through the IMISSU integrated system by preparing:

1. Proof of combined gross income of parents/guardians (December 2025 or January 2026).

2. Certificate of activities for the odd semester of 2025/2026 (minimum 1 certificate).

Monev submission period:

January 12 – February 7, 2026.

Students who pass the evaluation will be re-proposed as scholarship recipients. Those who do not meet the requirements will be subject to cancellation in accordance with applicable regulations.
