FMIPA UNUD Leadership Meeting Evaluates Performance Achievements and Preparations for Transition to PTNBH Status

Jimbaran, September 24, 2026 — The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Udayana University held a leadership meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, as part of an evaluation of performance achievements and to strengthen faculty coordination in addressing various strategic agendas.

The meeting was opened by the Dean of FMIPA UNUD at 09:00 WITA. Key agenda items included an evaluation of third-quarter performance achievements, Udayana University’s progress toward becoming a State University with Legal Entity status (PTNBH), information on remuneration, and other faculty matters.

Regarding performance evaluation, the leadership discussed the progress of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Average Education Efficiency (AEE) across the various study programs. As of August 2026, the faculty's IKU achievements and AEE fulfillment still required strengthening to meet established targets. The evaluation covered Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs, as well as the Pharmacist Professional Program.

In addition to performance evaluation, the meeting addressed preparations for Udayana University’s transition to PTNBH status. With the transition period targeted to conclude in 2026, various regulatory and governance adjustments are necessary. Key agenda items included regulatory adjustments and the submission of the faculty's organizational structure to the Directorate General of Higher Education. Starting in January 2027, all activities are required to have Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of efforts to strengthen governance.

The meeting also covered the strengthening of partnerships, publications and research, business unit revenue, building renovations, tracer studies, and the progress of study program accreditations. Achievements highlighted included 91 active FMIPA partnerships in 2026, business unit revenue of approximately IDR 165 million, and progress on accreditation processes for Master’s and Doctoral programs. Through this leadership meeting, FMIPA UNUD continues to strengthen internal coordination and evaluation to ensure the achievement of performance targets, the enhancement of academic quality, the strengthening of governance, and readiness for the institutional transition to PTNBH status.
