FMIPA Finalizes Conference Preparations Through Coordination Meeting

BUKIT JIMBARAN — The organizing committee from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) continues to move swiftly in finalizing preparations for the upcoming scientific conference. Through a Coordination Meeting held on Monday, October 12, 2026, in the Senate Meeting Room of the Dean's Building, the committee thoroughly evaluated the progress achieved so far.

Overall, the committee's performance has shown significant results. Event promotion is running smoothly following the distribution of flyers, finalizing the event rundown, and neatly organizing the Terms of Reference (ToR) along with administrative correspondence. Participant registration will officially open soon, with the deadline set for October 29. The committee has also provided flexible registration schemes, including special discounts for students under the guidance of keynote speakers and online participation options to optimize local participation in Bali.

While operational progress is moving along very well, the committee remains focused on securing final confirmations from the speakers.
