Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University Welcomes Educational Visit from SMA Negeri 7, Depok City
Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, Pebruary 13, 2025 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) of Udayana University warmly welcomed the visit of students of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Depok in a series of Goes to Campus 2025 activities. This visit aims to broaden academic horizons and provide an in-depth understanding of the various study programs available at Udayana University.
A total of 44 students and 3 accompanying teachers were welcomed directly by faculty representatives, who provided an explanation of the study programs, facilities, and career prospects of graduates of the Faculty of MIPA. In addition, students also had the opportunity to interact with students and lecturers, and take a campus tour to see firsthand the academic atmosphere and learning environment at Udayana University.
Prof. Dra Ni Luh Watiniasih as Dean of the Faculty of MIPA Udayana University expressed her appreciation for this visit and hoped that activities like this could provide benefits for students in determining their study choices in the future. "We are very happy to be able to share information and experiences with students of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Depok. Hopefully this visit can inspire them to continue their education to a higher level, especially at Udayana University," he said.
This activity was closed with a question and answer session and a group photo as a souvenir. The students admitted to being enthusiastic and feeling more motivated after getting a direct picture of college life at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.
With a visit program like this, it is hoped that more students will have a better understanding in choosing a study program that suits their interests and talents, and make Udayana University one of the main choices in continuing their higher education.
