UP3M FMIPA prepares monev, AMI, workshops, and prepares the CPL-ILO matrix

Friday June 16 2023, in the meeting room of FMIPA Udayana University Bukit Jimbaran, a preparatory meeting for monitoring and evaluation, AMI 2023, a workshop on adjustment/ evaluation of the IQF CPL to CPL/ILO ASIIN was held, as well as the preparation of the CPL-ILO matrix.

This event was attended by the Dean, along with his staff and also by the UP3M Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. In his remarks the Dean of FMIPA Prof. dr. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D said that UP3M as the front guard for quality assurance in the faculty is expected to help achieve the best in FMIPA. Watiniasih also continues to support ASIIN's international accreditation, because according to her, accreditation is important for graduates, which is very useful in finding work because study program and faculty accreditation is required.

Furthermore, the discussion resulted that the 2022/2023 even semester monitoring and evaluation team will be chaired by Ms. Kartika Sari from the mathematics study program, where monev instruments will later be made, namely learning monitoring and evaluation, MBKM < research, and community service. This questionnaire must be carried out every semester and needs to be evaluated and validated.

Regarding the implementation of AMI 2023, UP3M Chairman Mr. I Nengah Wirajana, S.Si, M.Si said that the implementation of AMI would be carried out like last year. There will be training and refreshment for AMI Auditors 2023 by 2023, and all UP3M teams are required as auditor teams plus the validation team must attend training as new auditors.

Last but not the least, on the agenda for the preparation of the Adjustment/Evaluation workshop from CPL KKNI to CPL ASIIN, Wiarajana said that if the study program has adjusted the CPL KKNI to CPL ASIIN, don't forget to approve it. The workshop will be held in the 2nd week of August 2023, and will be followed by a CPL adjustment workshop with the OBE-SIMAK system in the 3rd week of August 2023, and implementation at the UPPS level will be held in early September 2023.
