January 19, 2023 At 9.30 WITA-Finished, at the FMIPA Dean's Meeting Room, a 2023 work program plan and timeline meeting was held which aims to coordinate activities to be carried out by each UNIT at FMIPA.
The meeting was chaired directly by the Dean of FMIPA UNUD (Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc, Ph.D) and the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of FMIPA UNUD (Dr. Drs. I Made Sukadana, M,.Si) Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information (Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, S.Si, M.Sc, Ph.D) was attended by Unit Heads at FMIPA UNUD, Head of Administration and staff.
In his direction, after opening the meeting, Watiniasih hoped that all units would report on their performance in 2022 along with the obstacles they faced, and then proceed with making work plans for the current year, with implementation targets and a timeline of activities.
In the direction of the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Sukadana said that activity planning is very important so that all activities are always in sync (match) with what is the target of FMIPA. Sukadana really hopes that each unit can maximize the financing budget so that maximum results are obtained.
After directions from the Dean and WD2, Watiniasih invited all Heads of UNUD FMIPA UNIT to report their respective plans and what obstacles they faced. Several topics of concern are (1) preparation for international accreditation that will be carried out by FMIPA, (2) how to increase the number of FMIPA alumni respondents in carrying out faculty study tracers. It is hoped that the responses of alumni who have existed before in several tracer study periods will continue to increase as part of evaluating faculty performance in providing services to students. (3) In the field of MBKM FMIPA can be proud because the number of students participating in MBKM is quite high, it was recorded that up to the 4th quarter of 2022 as many as 204 students registered to take part in MBKM activities spread across various activities. (4) Meanwhile in the field of business units, it is hoped that the structure of business units will be strengthened so that each component is expected to be able to play a role in increasing FMIPA's revenue outside of PNBP.
The meeting which was held for approximately 4 hours ended with a group photo.
