Udayana University's Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Holds Socialization of Complaint System Services to Improve Transparency and Service
Bukit Jimbaran, Wednesday, October 29, 2025 — The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a Socialization event for its Complaint System Services in Laboratory Room 2, 3rd Floor, FMIPA Dean's Building, Jimbaran Campus. The event began at 10:00 a.m. WITA and was attended by faculty leaders, study program coordinators, lecturers, administrative staff, and student representatives from each undergraduate program within FMIPA.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D., who in her remarks emphasized the importance of implementing a digital-based complaint system as a manifestation of the faculty's commitment to accountability, transparency, and improving the quality of academic and non-academic services. This complaint system is expected to be an effective means of accommodating aspirations, complaints, and suggestions from the academic community, so that they can be followed up quickly and appropriately by the relevant units.
The socialization was also attended by vice deans, UPIKS coordinators, administrative coordinators, sub-coordinators, and lecturers representing various study programs. Furthermore, student representatives from the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Student Representative Council (DPM), and each study program's Student Association (HIMA) actively participated in discussions regarding the mechanism for using the complaint system application.
Through this activity, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences reaffirmed its commitment to implementing transparent faculty governance that is responsive to the needs of the academic community, in line with the spirit of digital transformation at Udayana University.
With the FMIPA Complaint System Service, it is hoped that the entire academic community can contribute to creating an open, professional campus environment free from practices that are inconsistent with the principles of good governance.
