Udayana University's Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Finalizes Preparations for the 2026/2027 Academic Year PKKMB Through a Coordination Meeting

Jimbaran, July 14, 2026 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a Coordination Meeting for Preparation and Technical Implementation of the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year on Tuesday (July 14, 2026). The event, held in Laboratory 2, 3rd Floor, FMIPA Dean's Building, served as the initial step in ensuring the entire PKKMB process runs smoothly, orderly, and with high quality.

The coordination meeting was led by faculty leaders and attended by the Vice Deans, Undergraduate Study Program Coordinators, the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary of the PKKMB Committee, as well as all field coordinators and representatives from the Events, Secretariat, Equipment, Mentoring, Information and Communication, Spirituality, Consumption, and Health Divisions. The presence of all committee members demonstrated a shared commitment to the success of the PKKMB for the 2026/2027 Academic Year at FMIPA Udayana University.

This meeting discussed various technical aspects of the event's implementation, from the development of the program's flow, the division of tasks between each division, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, the mentoring mechanism for new students, to communication strategies and coordination between committee members. All preparations were made to ensure an informative, educational, and inclusive PKKMB (Family Retirement Orientation Program) that provides a positive initial experience for new students.

Through careful coordination, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University is committed to presenting PKKMB activities that not only introduce the academic environment and campus culture but also instill the values ??of integrity, collaboration, professionalism, and a spirit of achievement in all new students.
