The STIC 2025 Committee is finalizing its preparations ahead of its implementation at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.
Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, October 24, 2025 — The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a committee meeting for the 2025 Science and Technology International Conference (STIC). The meeting was chaired by I.G.N. Lanang Wijaya Kusuma, S.Si., M.Kom., and attended by coordinators and committee members from various sections.
In his remarks, the Dean of FMIPA emphasized the importance of clarifying the duties and responsibilities of each section to ensure the effective running of STIC 2025 without overlapping roles. During the meeting, it was reported that the total number of STIC 2025 participants reached 128, consisting of 105 offline presenters, 20 online presenters, and 4 non-presenters. The abstract book has been completed and is scheduled for delivery on October 25, 2025.
Each section also reported on the progress of preparations, from finalizing the abstract book, compiling the event rundown, publishing activities, and preparing technical equipment. The Publication Division completed banner installation, nametag printing, and social media promotion. Meanwhile, the Equipment Division ensured the availability of backup equipment such as LCDs and pointers, and the Transportation Division arranged the arrival of the speakers, including Prof. Rafi and Prof. Diana.
The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the importance of cross-sectional coordination and a commitment to completing all preparations before the rehearsal and implementation of the main event. A follow-up meeting will be held to ensure final technical readiness for STIC 2025.
