The Final Day of the 2025 Prabu FMIPA PKKMB Officially Closed, New Students Ready to Begin Their Academic Journey
Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, August 21, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University continued its series of activities for the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) Prabu FMIPA 2025 on the second day, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Widya Sabha Auditorium. The event began in the morning with participant registration, followed by an opening prayer, singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya, the Udayana Hymn, and the FMIPA Udayana March. Afterward, new students participated in a seminar on the topic "Artificial Intelligence in Young Scientists: Only a Friend, Not a Replacement; Take Control, Don't Lose Control," followed by a question-and-answer session, certificate presentation, and documentation presentation.
The event continued with an introduction to student organizations within the FMIPA environment through a parade of student organizations such as HIMAKI, HIMAFI, HIMABIO, HIMATIKA, HIMAFARMA, HIMAIF, DPM FMIPA, and BEM FMIPA. New students then participated in the "Gelora Sang Prabu" session, which included speeches from representatives from each study program, fostering a sense of togetherness and pride in being part of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA). After ISBAMA (break, prayer, and meal), the activity continued with creative performances from each TON group in the GKM (Student Creativity Festival), showcasing the artistic creativity and camaraderie of the new students.
Toward the afternoon, the event moved into the awards ceremony, with the announcement of the best male and female PKKMB Prabu FMIPA 2025, the presentation of awards for the best TON performance category, and a group documentation session. The second day of activities concluded with a closing ceremony featuring remarks by the Vice Chair of the Committee, followed by remarks by the Dean of FMIPA Udayana University, who officially concluded the entire PKKMB Prabu FMIPA 2025 series. The event concluded with a group evaluation and cleanup, marking the end of a significant moment for new students as they begin their academic journey at FMIPA Udayana University.
