Bukit Jimbaran, Saturday, November 2, 2024 - The Student Representative Council held a Student Deliberation of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Student Institution. This activity is part of the 3 Big Event Work Program of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Student Representative Council of Udayana University. This activity aims to accommodate the creation and determination of the Rules of Procedure, Articles of Association, Bylaws, and Work Guidelines in accordance with the agreement of all Student Institutions within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. The flow of Student Deliberation activities will begin with the discussion, amendments and determination of the Articles of Association, Bylaws, and Work Guidelines. This activity will be continued with a debate on the candidates for the 2025 DPM Chairperson and the election of the 2025 DPM Chairperson.

The LM FMIPA Student Deliberation event was held at the FG Building of the Chemistry study program on November 2, 2024 offline, where the event began with an opening by the MC, continued with a prayer, and singing the song Indonesia Raya, the Udayana Hymn, and the FMIPA Mars. Next, the Report of the Committee Chairperson was delivered, a Speech by the Chairperson of the Student Representative Council for the 2024 period, and continued with a Speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, represented by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, who also opened the event. The activity was then continued with a meeting of the Rules of Procedure, which was continued with a Meeting of the Articles of Association, Bylaws, and Work Guidelines. The activity was then continued with a debate on the candidates for the chairman of the DPM FMIPA in 2025 and the election of the chairman of the FMIPA Student Representative Council by the candidate functionaries of the DPM FMIPA for the 2025 period, then ended with a speech by the elected chairman of the DPM FMIPA for the 2025 period.
