Student Coordination Meeting of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University: Strengthening Synergy and Improving Student Quality

Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, May 16, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) of Udayana University held a student coordination meeting in the Senate Meeting Room, 1st Floor, MIPA Dean Building. This meeting was attended and opened directly by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih and various student organizations such as the Student Executive Board (BEM), Student Representative Council (DPM), and Student Association (HIMA) with the main aim of strengthening synergy and improving the quality of student affairs in the faculty.

In the meeting, various important strategies were discussed, including improving routine coordination between institutions, transparency and accountability in financial management, and developing students' academic and non-academic achievements. The strategic decisions produced include determining a monthly coordination schedule, forming a work program implementation monitoring team, and preparing a joint proposal for submitting student activity funds.

The faculty and student organizations also agreed to focus on developing student capacity through soft skills training, motivational seminars, and social activities involving the entire academic community. This joint commitment is expected to create a conducive, innovative, and productive academic environment, so that students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences can develop optimally and be highly competitive.
