Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, November 21, 2024 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University (UNUD) received a short visit from Prof. Dr. Apt. Arry Yanuar, M.Sc., Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia (UI). This short visit is expected to strengthen academic cooperation between the two institutions in the future.

Prof. Arry Yanuar was warmly welcomed by the Leadership of FMIPA UNUD represented by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FMIPA UNUD, Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih, Ph.D., who was also accompanied by the Chairperson of the Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNUD, who is also the Head of the UNUD Forensic Lab, Prof. Made Agus Gegel Wirasuta. This short meeting discussed various opportunities for collaboration in the fields of research and curriculum development, learning activities, especially in the fields of pharmacy and natural sciences.

On that occasion, Prof. Arry conveyed his views on the importance of cross-institutional cooperation in improving the quality of education and research. She also shared her experiences on the latest innovations in the pharmaceutical world and how they can be applied in the academic environment in Bali.

Prof. Ni Nyoman Rupiasih expressed her hope that this visit can be the first step in increasing cooperation between FMIPA UNUD and Universitas Indonesia, as well as opening opportunities for students to be involved in exchange programs or joint research.
