Second Meeting of the 41st FMIPA BK Committee Strengthens Preparations for the Peak Day
Bukit Jimbaran, Tuesday, June 24, 2025 – Ahead of the peak of the 41st FMIPA BK event which will be held on July 1, 2025, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University held a committee coordination meeting for the second time.
The meeting, which was held at the FMIPA Dean's Building, again invited all core committees and representatives from each student association. The main agenda in this meeting was to solidify various technical and non-technical preparations, evaluate the progress of each section's tasks, and perfect the details of the implementation of the opening ceremony, awarding of awards, entertainment events and bazaars.
Several important points discussed in the meeting included the division of the technical schedule for the implementation of the event, as well as the finalization of stage equipment and publications. The evaluation from the first meeting also became a discussion topic in an effort to anticipate potential obstacles on the day.
The spirit of mutual cooperation and cooperation across associations was again evident in this meeting, demonstrating the commitment of the entire committee to presenting the 41st FMIPA BK celebration that was not only lively, but also ran smoothly and safely. With increasingly solid coordination, all parties are optimistic that the peak event will be a memorable moment for the entire FMIPA academic community.
