Regular Revision Meeting II DIPA FY 2024 FMIPA Udayana: Increasing Budget Efficiency for Improvement and Evaluation

Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, 21 June 2024 - Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University held a Regular II revision meeting of DIPA (Budget Implementation List) for FY 2024 (Siluna). This meeting was held as a follow-up to Letter No. B/370/UN14.2.8/PR.03.01/2024 dated 20 June 2024 which requests a revision of the budget for the 2024 fiscal year.

This meeting was attended and opened by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Deputy Deans, Head of Administration for FMIPA Unud, and Sub Coordinators. This activity was held in the Dean's Building, 4th Floor, Meeting Room, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, starting at 11.30 WITA.

The purpose of this meeting is to review and evaluate the draft budget for the 2024 FY period in Regular II DIPA at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. This meeting aims to increase budget efficiency and improve or revise the budget required for the 2024 fiscal year.

In this meeting, faculty leaders, deputy deans, heads of administration, and sub-coordinators were present to provide input and updates regarding the previously prepared budget. Through this meeting, it is hoped that the right solution can be found to increase the efficiency of budget use and ensure that the allocated budget is in accordance with the needs and priorities of the faculty.

With the Regular II DIPA TA 2024 revision meeting, FMIPA Udayana University demonstrated its commitment to improving budget management and conducting evaluations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use. And it is hoped that the results of this meeting can provide significant improvements in budget planning and faculty financial management.
