Ready to Face UKMPPAI 2025: National Seminar and Exciting Try Out from Himafarma FMIPA!

Online, Saturday-Sunday, June 14-15, 2025 - Pharmacy students and prospective pharmacists throughout Indonesia are now increasingly ready to conquer the 2025 Indonesian Pharmacist Professional Program Student Competency Exam (UKMPPAI)! The Pharmacy Student Association (Himafarma) FMIPA is once again holding a series of spectacular events in the form of a National Seminar and UKMPPAI Try Out which will be held online on June 14-15, 2025.

With the inspiring theme "SIAP UKMPPAI: Tips and Tricks to Improve the Competence of Prospective Pharmacists to Pass One Round", this event presents three main series specifically designed to strengthen the preparation of participants. Starting with the National Seminar featuring expert speakers such as Prof. dr. apt. T. N. Saifullah S., M.Si. who provided a comprehensive overview of the exam and its regulations, and apt. I Putu Cahya Swandhika Negara, S.Farm who shared tips for successfully building a pharmacist career.

Next, the participants took a national Try Out of 180 questions based on the latest UKMPPAI blueprint. In addition to functioning as a training arena, this Try Out also serves as a tool to evaluate participants' understanding so that they can map out material that needs to be strengthened. The main sponsor of this event, JuaraUKOM.ID, also supports the provision of a platform and interactive discussion of questions.

The last series is the Solution Class, an online discussion class with instructor apt. Andi Ayulestari, S.Farm. who provides in-depth material and interactive discussion of solutions to questions that often appear in UKMPPAI.

The event was successfully led by the chairman of the committee Dewa Gede Wira Putra Artawan, a Pharmacy student class of 2023, along with a solid committee team. The seminar and Try Out were also officially opened by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of FMIPA, Mr. Dr. Ngurah Agus Sanjaya E.R., S.Kom., M.Kom., and attended by the Coordinator of the Pharmacy Study Program, Apt. Dr. Eka Indra Setyawan, S.Farm., M.Sc.

All of these series aim to strengthen the capacity of human resources in the pharmaceutical field, ensuring that prospective Indonesian pharmacists can pass UKMPPAI with confidence, and are ready to face the professional world with the best competency!
