Registration Period:

September 1, 2025 – September 13, 2025

How to Register:

Register online through SIMAK on each student's IMISSU page.

Registration Requirements:

1. Prospective recipients must be new students in the class of 2025.

2. Attach an extract from their parents' payroll, or for children of farmers/laborers/entrepreneurs: a monthly income statement signed by the Village Head.

3. Photocopy of Family Card (KK).

4. A statement stating that they are not currently receiving any other scholarships from the faculty.

5. Proof of payment of the most recent electricity bill.

6. Academic and non-academic achievements (if any).

Important Note:

All supporting documents must be brought to the interview.

Don't forget to include a 4 x 6 cm photo!
