Pharmacy students exhibit MyBoreh products at the Digital Literacy Seminar

February 16, 2023, at the Widya Sabha Building, Bukit Jimbaran Udayana Campus, during the Digital Literacy Seminar Sang Ayu Made Dwi Arista Putri, Caresya Insani Bangga Nabila, I Made Rai Suputra Arjawa, Gabriel Quentin, Dewa Julio Angga Purnama exhibited the innovative product "MyBoreh: Traditional Balinese Joint Pain Medicine with properties to relieve joint pain.


According to Sang Ayu Arista Putri et al, who are students of the Pharmacy Study Program, explained MyBoreh is one of the innovative products of USADA-Bali-based pharmacy students which is expected to become one of Udayana University's superior products. Arista added that the background to the emergence of this product was the large number of parents who experienced sending pain. For this reason, Arista et al think about how to help relieve joint pain. After reading various literatures it was decided to make a product that is able to treat joint pain based on the wisdom of traditional Balinese local medicine. Arista Putri further explained that MyBoreh was made by drying and grinding the ingredients according to a formulation consisting of kencur, red ginger, cloves, and rice. Ariesta hopes that the products made under the guidance of Dr. apt. Ni Putu Eka Leliqia, S.Farm., M.Si. This will later be able to circulate in the global market, not only in Bali but also be able to spread widely in Indonesia, and does not rule out the possibility of developing on the international stage.


The Digital Literacy Seminar is a form of PERTAMINA's support and commitment in the field of education, especially to build awareness of the younger generation in obtaining reliable information in the digital world. In this event PERTAMINA provided assistance in the form of 1,000 Kompas.id access for 1 year to the academic community of Udayana University. In total, Pertamina provided 5,500 Kompas.id access assistance to 9 (nine) universities in Indonesia.
