Optimal Preparation of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences for the Assignment of Graduation Ceremony Officers for 167 Udayana University

Bukit Jimbaran Wednesday, April 9, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University (UNUD) held a training activity for the 167th graduation pedel officers. This activity aims to prepare the officers to carry out their duties properly during the upcoming graduation ceremony.

The training was led by Mr. Supardi, who is the protocol of the rectorate. In this training session, Mr. Supardi provided direction and guidance regarding the procedures and ethics that must be followed by the pedel officers during the event.

The pedel member team consists of students selected from the Student Executive Board (BEM) and Student Institutions (LM), demonstrating collaboration between student organizations in the faculty. The coordination of this training activity was carried out by Mrs. Martiniasih as the academic sub-section of the FMIPA dean's office, accompanied by several other FMIPA dean's staff members.

The training activity was carried out at the FMIPA Dean's Building at 13.00 WITA. The participants looked enthusiastic in following every instruction and simulation given, as a form of their commitment to make the upcoming graduation ceremony a success.

With thorough preparation through this training, it is hoped that the pedel officers can carry out their duties with high professionalism so that the 167th graduation ceremony can run smoothly and successfully according to the expectations of all related parties.
