Jimbaran – Bank Mandiri presents "Mandiri Campus Hiring 2026," a strategic partnership program between Bank Mandiri and universities aimed at recruiting top talent while strengthening partnerships with higher education institutions.

The program is designed to connect young talent with career opportunities through competency development, career readiness initiatives, and efforts to maximize success rates during the recruitment process.

Program Activities

Mandiri Campus Hiring offers a range of activities tailored to university needs, including Alumni Inspiring Sessions, Career Preparation Workshops/Sessions, Hiring Sessions, and Industry Insight Classes.

During the Alumni Inspiring Session, participants gain leadership insights and learn about career experiences from university alumni currently employed at Bank Mandiri.

Furthermore, the Career Preparation Session provides an introduction to Bank Mandiri, alongside tips and strategies regarding careers and the selection process, shared by Bank Mandiri’s Human Capital team.

Meanwhile, the Hiring Session offers candidates the opportunity to undergo on-site interviews within the university environment. Eligible candidates may receive an immediate invitation to proceed to the Psychometric Test stage.

Bank Mandiri Career Opportunities

Mandiri Campus Hiring also introduces the selection processes for two tracks: the Officer Development Program (ODP) and Banking Staff.

The ODP track involves six selection stages:

1. Application Screening
2. Psychometric Test
3. AI Interview & Business Case Submission
4. Leaderless Group Discussion (using a business case)
5. Final Interview
6. Medical Check-up & BI-Checking, followed by the Job Offer Letter process.

The Banking Staff track consists of the following selection stages:

1. Application Screening
2. Initial Interview
3. Psychometric Test
4. Final Interview, Medical Check-up & BI-Checking
5. Job Offer Letter.

Schedule and Implementation

According to the Terms of Reference (ToR), the activity schedule is currently listed as TBC (To Be Confirmed). The series of activities is scheduled to take place in person at the university, following the timeline outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR):

- Alumni Inspiring Session: 09:00–11:00

- Career Preparation Session: 11:00–12:00

- Hiring Session: 13:30–conclusion
